We acted on behalf of the company, with El Corte Inglés as co-defendants, before the civil courts in Linares (Jaén), concerning a residual civil liability as a result of a crime or misdemeanor case suffered by one of its employees. We won the case -the claim was dismissed for our client due to lack of passive legal standing- after a record 7 hours trial.
